HCG - Pregnyl is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin supplied as a 5000 IU vial. It is commonly used for fertility support and certain clinical/hormonal protocols. Follow medical guidance for use and dosing.
Reconstitution & Administration
- You inject 2 ml bacteriostatic water from the bacteriostatic water vial into the vial of the peptide. 1 full syringe is 1ml.
- Wait for the vial powder content to dissolve ON ITS OWN. DO NOT SHAKE THE VIAL TO MIX POWDER. Once dissolved and clear in colour, draw the required dosage.
- Administer 250-10000 IU intramuscularly (IM) or subcutaneously (SC) per week, as directed by your healthcare provider. Dosage varies widely based on goals (e.g., post-cycle therapy or fertility support); consult your provider for a tailored plan. Use a new, sterile needle for each injection and follow proper reconstitution and injection protocols.
A vial should last: 1-139 days.

- Store reconstituted vial in the refrigerator (2-8 °C).
